Apartment  Mare is located in Punta Prosciutto, a small seaside village near Porto Cesareo, where there are the most beautiful sandy beaches of Salento.

This holiday apartment is situated on an estate overlooking the sea, historic villa, completely surrounded by a large 15,000 square meter garden with typical Mediterranean plants and pine trees and consists of 3 apartments, all refurbished with high quality finishes.

Inside  
Entering into the apartment there is a large living room/lounge with fireplace and 10-seater table, a kitchen, 3 large bedrooms (triple with double bed and single bed), each bedroom has an internal bathroom, laundry.
The apartment is equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, TV, free wifi internet. Sleeps 10. Pets not allowed.

Outside 
The apartment enjoys large outdoor spaces with a well-kept garden, veranda, solarium, uncovered parking spaces in the shade, and a small chapel. The Mediterranean garden is 15,000 square meters, has a single entrance for cars with an automatic gate and two other pedestrian gates with direct access to the sea. The apartment has a rear veranda for exclusive use, on the sea side with a table for enjoying outdoor dinners and a sofa for relaxing during the summer days. In the garden we find barbecues, outdoor showers, sun loungers. From the veranda of the apartment an avenue leads to the pedestrian gate with direct access to the sea.

Appartament Mare is located in Punta Prosciutto, a hamlet of Porto Cesareo, where there are the most beautiful sandy beaches in Salento. A few kilometers away there are also restaurants, bars and pizzerias. The closest center is Torre Colimena, just 4 kilometers away, while a little further south are Torre Lapillo, 9km away, and Porto Cesareo, 17km away.
