Visit to the Quarry
A journey into the stone, mother of Salento architecture. That of the Baroque of Lecce, of the small villages, of the rural houses, of the ancient constructions ... that of the quarries.
Program: The experience begins in Cursi, in the heart of the Salento extraction basin, between quarries and paths, gardens and spontaneous wonders. The tour continues on foot until you reach the admirable village of Melpignano, a place where the stone, cold and rigid in appearance, tells itself to give you a great "emotional experience".

Visit to the Lighthouse of Punta Palascìa
A journey to discover a Lighthouse is undoubtedly one of the most intense "emotional experiences". It is located in the easternmost point of Italy, the first place where the sun rises: a breathtaking spectacle.
Program: At the first light of morning, we will take you to the top, on the lantern of the lighthouse of Punta Palascìa. It continues with a visit to the large rooms where we will tell you the history of the place and finally you can enjoy the breakfast "with a view" on the terrace. For those who wish, the tour continues by discovering a marvelous cove, with golden sand, which embraces our wonderful crystal clear sea.

Program: The participants of the course will experiment the techniques of production of pasta filata and the main operations of transformation of mozzarella, stracciatella and burrata. The visit to the "Bottega dei Formaggi" will follow.
