BOOKING CONDITIONS:
To confirm the booking we require a 30% deposit by bank transfer by forwarding the booking form, the balance and extra and optional costs on site upon arrival upon delivery of the keys. Security Deposit €300 upon arrival the customer leaves a credit card as a guarantee for any shortages or damages.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Up to 30 days before arrival FREE CANCELLATION
- From the 29th to the 14th day before arrival 30% penalty of the cost of the stay
- From the 14th to the 7th day before arrival 70% penalty of the cost of the stay
- From the 7th day onwards 100% penalty
LONG HOLIDAY 10% discount for 14-night stays.
