The property is immersed in a large Mediterranean garden of 15,000 square meters with maritime pines, tamarisks, eucalyptus and Mediterranean scrub that surrounds the property, where there is a small chapel. The garden has a single entrance for cars with an automatic gate and two other pedestrian gates with direct access to the sea. In the garden we find barbecue, outdoor showers, sun loungers. From the veranda of the apartment a path leads to the pedestrian gate with direct access to the sea. Agreement with private beach.

The property is located in Punta Prosciutto, a hamlet of Porto Cesareo, where there are the most beautiful sandy beaches of Salento. A few kilometers away there are also restaurants, bars and pizzerias.
