Two-Room Apartment in Residence with pool  
Two-room apartment sleeping 2+2 is an apartment located inside the Cava Li Santi residence located in Santa Caterina near Nardò, on the Ionian side of the Salento peninsula, an enchanting place immersed in the Salento nature just a few minutes from the splendid Gallipoli coast.

 It is made up of 12 apartments (8 studios, 4 two-rooms) and 1 residence. Pets Allowed with supplement.

Inside  
Inside the residence there are two two-room apartments with 2+2 beds each on the first floor. Each apartment has a large terrace for exclusive use, equipped with table, chairs, deckchairs and hammock to relax in complete tranquility.
Composition of the apartment: entrance with living room, kitchenette (two burners) and double sofa bed, double bedroom, bathroom with shower cubicle. Equipped with air conditioning, TV, wi-fi, safe, hairdryer, iron and board on request, fridge and mosquito nets on the windows.

Shared Outside 
The Residence is immersed in 4,500 m2 of Mediterranean scrub typical of the area. The entire structure is completely fenced and under video surveillance to guarantee guests a peaceful stay. At the entrance to the Residence we find a reception station completely dug into the rock of the Quarry. At guests' disposal there is a beautiful infinity edge swimming pool, approximately 18 x 11 metres, with waterfall, relaxation area equipped with sun loungers, umbrellas, tables, chairs and bathroom. Outdoor showers are available both in the pool area and near the apartments. We also find a laundry area with sink and coin-operated washing machine for common use by all guests. To brighten up the evenings, a barbecue area has been designed with everything needed for outdoor grilling, tables, benches for eating and BBQ equipment available to all guests. There is also a large play area for children, equipped with a swing, slide, carousels, table tennis and table football for the entertainment of the little ones. Adjacent to all these outdoor spaces for common use there is a chicken coop where each guest can freely choose to use it. Internal parking area with access to the structure via an automatic gate. The customer will be able to access and exit the structure in total autonomy with key and remote control. Each apartment is also equipped with an intercom. Bicycles available at the reception for free use.

Surroundings  
The residence is 1.3 km from the center of Santa Caterina, 1.5 km from the sea with cliffs with accessible sections for swimming, 2.6 km from the first sandy beach (Santa Maria al Bagno) and 3.5 km from the famous golden sand and sea beaches crystalline of Gallipoli. It is only 2 km from Porto Selvaggio, a protected park and nature reserve, famous for its uncontaminated nature and its crystal clear sea and a destination for many tourists. Even in the busiest periods of the year you will find tranquility here. In the center of Santa Caterina it is possible to find services such as bars, restaurants where you can eat excellent fish, markets and basic necessities.
