The villa consists of four independent holiday homes, with internet, air conditioning and equipped outdoor spaces, to spend relaxing stays on the Salento sea, in Porto Cesareo, one of the most famous seaside resorts in Puglia.
Inside
Sole Apartment is a comfortable two-room apartment with a private veranda for exclusive use where pets are allowed with a supplement. The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 3 people and consists of: kitchenette with table, a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed with garden view, a bathroom with shower and a large outdoor veranda equipped with table and sofas. Pets allowed with a supplement.
NB: the water in the apartments is not suitable for drinking.
Outside
A large veranda equipped with a table and chairs to enjoy lunches and dinners outdoors and comfortable sofas for pleasant moments of relaxation. In the front garden reserved for guests of the apartment, sun loungers, barbecue and outdoor shower. Direct access to the sea and veranda with sea view.
From a pedestrian gate located in the rear part of the villa gives direct access to the sea. Leaving the front gate the beach is just 100 meters away. Agreement with private beach.
Surroundings
A few kilometers away there are also restaurants, bars and pizzerias. The closest center is Torre Colimena, just 4 kilometers away, while a little further south are Torre Lapillo, 9km away, and Porto Cesareo, 17km away.
