Inside the property, 5 suites and 1 family room, equipped with all the comforts of a luxury farmhouse and No Smoking: decorated with bright and airy spaces, every suite has air conditioning, LCD TV, double or king-size or canopy bed, private bathroom. These bedrooms overlook a courtyard garden with plants and Mediterranean herbs.
The interior walls of the rooms are made of local stone, vaulted ceilings, refined furniture.
On request breakfast with supplement every day from 08 to 10 am, half and full board (typical Salento dinner on request or cook service), a wide pool area with umbrellas and chairs, fruit and vegetables from the garden, relaxation room with sofas and TV, kitchen in common.

GENERAL CONDITIONS:
Refundable security deposit of €2000 required only if the Masseria is booked exclusively and in full, otherwise not required for booking individual rooms.
To confirm the booking we require a 40% deposit by bank transfer by forwarding the booking form, the balance 30 days before arrival.
Any extra costs and supplements to be paid on site.
