Farmhouse with pool near Martano    
The farm is definitely one of the oldest of Salento, is located in Martano a few minutes drive from Otranto and the beautiful beaches of Alimini. 

Inside  
The Masseria has 5 rooms, full-equipped: bedroom "Paratura" ( 2 pax ), bedroom "Ricamo" on the first floor with pool view ( for 2 or 4 persons), bedroom "Antica Terra" ( 2 pax + 1 pax ),  bedroom "Sicalindia" (2 pax) and bedroom "Ferro" (2 pax), these last 2 bedrooms can be bookable togheter as a family room 4 pax.     
All rooms are equipped with every comfort: flat screen TV, hairdryer, air conditioning, free minibar, safe, some have a comfortable seating area, bed linen and towels included (change every 3 days).    
The property has a swimming pool with Jacuzzi, private covered parking, WiFi access in common areas and offers breakfast in the common room.   
The farm offers on request a buffet breakfast with sweet and savory local products. Car rental service and bicycle, the area is in fact ideal for cycling.

Outside    
The property is situated in the countryside of Greek Salento, surrounded by oive trees, fruit and crop land, 1.5 km from the town center.   
Immersed in the greenery and quiet of the countryside, with an infinity pool with hydromassage, it is an oasis in which to regenerate away from the frenetic pace of everyday life.

The Masseria is near the most fascinating places with historical and scenic interest of Salento: Otranto is about 15 km, long beaches of Alimini and nearby lakes, are about 11 km, bay of Torre dell'Orso at 12 km, about 17 km Lecce, the capital of Baroque.
