Masseria Apulia is located within approximately 10 hectares of land with olive groves, citrus groves and a cultivation field a short distance away. The farm is divided into two blocks, with a portico in the centre. Two patios, one located in the front area and one behind the farm; in the rear courtyard, there is the swimming pool (11.5 m x 6 m, depth 1.48), for exclusive use, the outdoor dining table and the barbecue.

This Masseria is located 100 meters from the main road, near the town of Maglie, in the heart of Salento. The Masseria is located in Scorrano, a town famous for its illuminations and the summer celebrations and festivities for Santa Domenica.
Located in the center of Salento, it allows you to easily reach both the beaches on the Adriatic Sea and those on the Ionian Sea. The closest beaches are those of Otranto and Laghi Alimini, just 20 minutes away by car. Castro is 16 km away. The beaches of Gallipoli are 30 km away, 30 km from Lecce and Gallipoli, 15 km from the main tourist resorts of the Adriatic coast, such as Otranto, Santa Cesarea Terme, Castro, 25 km from Torre dell'Orso.
