Reginella Deluxe bright and airy apartment with large windows, consists of 2 bedrooms (1 double + 1 family room with 4 beds) and 2 bathrooms, of which 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a quadruple room (with 1 double bed and a French bed), 1 complete bathroom, well-equipped kitchen equipped with living room with table and chairs, sofa bed for 2, large living room with fireplace. The outdoor space is equipped with a table, armchairs and gazebo, onto which the bedroom, living room and kitchen overlook with large windows. Sleeps 6+2.

Shared Outside
The exteriors are shared with all guests of Villa Reginella. We find a magnificent swimming pool which, with its soft and enveloping shapes, is available to guests. The sun loungers, umbrellas, a large shared veranda equipped with sofa, ping-pong table, table football, a very useful shared outdoor kitchen equipped with a large wine cellar, and the shared barbecue encourage relaxation. There are also bicycles available for guests. The bus stop is just 30 meters from the villa with drop-off in the center of the city of Lecce.

Villa Reginella is less than 3 km from the historic center of Lecce, where all the services, cinemas, theatres, exhibitions and churches where you can admire the suggestive architectural beauty of the baroque city are located. The closest beaches within 15 km are those of San Cataldo, Frigole, Cesine on the Adriatic Sea, while the beaches of Torre Lapillo and Porto Cesareo are the closest on the Ionian Sea.
