Inside  
Reginella Padronale is the largest apartment, located on the ground floor, with a large equipped veranda overlooking the swimming pool. The living area stands out for being very bright, and consists of a well-equipped kitchen, a large bright living room furnished with a lounge, fireplace, table and chairs. The sleeping area consists of 3 double bedrooms, 2 complete bathrooms with shower. Adjacent to the living room outside we find a large veranda/porch for exclusive use, well equipped with sofa and outdoor table. Sleeps 6.

Shared Outside  
The exteriors are shared with all guests of Villa Reginella. We find a magnificent swimming pool which with its soft and enveloping shapes is available to guests. The sun loungers, umbrellas, a large shared veranda equipped with sofa, ping-pong table, table football, a very useful shared outdoor kitchen equipped with a large wine cellar, the shared barbecue, everything is designed to spend moments together, encourage relaxation. with friends or family. There are also bicycles available for guests. The bus stop is just 30 meters from the villa with drop-off in the center of the city of Lecce.

Villa Reginella is less than 3 km from the historic center of Lecce, where all the main services, cinemas, theatres, exhibitions and churches are located where you can admire the suggestive architectural beauty of the baroque city. The beaches closest to 15 km are those of San Cataldo, Frigole, Cesine on the Adriatic Sea, while the beaches of Torre Lapillo and Porto Cesareo are the closest on the Ionian Sea.
