Inside
Villa Arca is spread over two levels. On the ground floor at the entrance we find the living room, a bright open space with a view of the pool, furnished with a sofa bed for two, armchairs and a comfortable, well-equipped kitchen, a double bedroom and an adjacent bathroom with shower cubicle. A staircase leads us to the upper floor with another double bedroom with en-suite bathroom/shower. Pets not allowed.
Outside
The villa is completely fenced. An avenue leads to the back of the villa where there is a swimming pool with a solarium area equipped with sun loungers. The swimming pool, located about 10 meters away from the house, is rectangular in shape and is accessed by going down 4 steps. The dimensions of the swimming pool are 8 x 10 metres, it has a depth of 1.40 m and is an enchanting swimming pool which, for dimensions and colors, it guarantees guests comfort and relaxation.
Surroundings
Villa Arca is located 1 km from the center of Otranto, a walk along an illuminated and paved path allows you to reach the historic center, where you can find various craft shops and fish restaurants.
Otranto, a beautiful seaside town, famous for its charming historic center and its 11th-century Romanesque cathedral, the castle with bastions, the church of San Pietro famous for its frescoes and the Porta Antica. Outside the center there are unmissable places to visit, such as the bauxite quarry, the Orte bay, the Punta Palascia lighthouse.
A few kilometers by car, you can reach the beaches of the Alimini Lakes, the bay of Porto Badisco, Leuca.
