The Residence is completely excavated into the rock of a Salentine quarry and the rocky walls of the structure are characterised by ancient fossils of shells.

From 2017 season Cava Li Santi offers also a charming villa with private access, which can accommodate up to 7 guests: Maison La Cava.
Facilities: kitchen utensils, fridge, hairdryer, air conditioning, microwave, TV, safe, wi-fi, children's playground, a large private parking with automated access, bicycle, laundry area with shared laundromat, barbecue, bed linen and towels.
Shared pool which measures about 18 x 11 meters, with waterfall, relaxation area, outdoor showers and bathroom for common use.
