BOOKING CONDITIONS:
To confirm the booking we require a deposit of approximately 40% by submitting the booking form, the balance upon delivery of the keys after viewing the accommodation. Refundable security deposit €1,500, to be paid on arrival.
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS:
Up to 60 days before arrival, refund of the deposit; from 60 to 30 days before arrival penalty of 50% of the price of the stay; from 30 days before arrival onwards penalty equal to 100% of the stay.
Check-in at 5.00 pm (if the accommodation is ready even earlier by prior arrangement); check-out by 10:00 am.
