There is also a small annexe of about 40 sqm, with kitchen, bedroom and bathroom with shower.

Externally, this villa offers a veranda facing the pool and also on the back, both equipped with table and chairs for outdoor dining, laundry area with washing machine, barbecue, outdoor showers with hot water, terrace overlooking the sea, parking spaces in the shade.
The pool of Villa Bianca Luna measures 10 x 6 meters with a depth between 1.00 and 1.60 meters with a step ladder. During the stay, the property will check the PH and clean the pool, in according with the customer.
The entire property can accommodate up to a maximum of 20 guests.

BOOKING CONDITIONS:
To confirm the booking we require a deposit of approximately 40% by submitting the booking form, the balance upon delivery of the keys after viewing the accommodation.
Refundable security deposit €1,500, to be paid on arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Up to 60 days before arrival, refund of the deposit; from 60 to 30 days before arrival penalty of 50% of the price of the stay; from 30 days before arrival onwards penalty equal to 100% of the stay.
Check-in at 5.00 pm (if the accommodation is ready even earlier by prior arrangement); check-out by 10:00 am
