The apartment is on the first floor and consists of a comfortable double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, a relaxing corner with a double sofa bed and a TV corner, a dining room with a fully equipped kitchen.
From the bedroom you can access to a large balcony, equipped with a table and sofas. Sleeps 4.

Shared Outside
Villa Reginella offers large outdoor area with garden with green lawn and shared pool of 6 meters x 11 meters with depth from 1,70 m to 2 mt. The exteriors are shared with all guests of Villa Reginella. We find a magnificent swimming pool with sun loungers, umbrellas, a large shared veranda equipped with sofa, ping-pong table, table football, a very useful shared outdoor kitchen equipped with a large wine cellar, and a shared barbecue. There are also bicycles available for guests. The bus stop is just 30 meters from the villa with drop-off in the center of the city of Lecce.

This beautiful holiday villa is just 3 km from the old town of Lecce, where all the main services are located, cinemas, theatres, exhibitions, churches where you can admire the suggestive architectural beauties of the baroque city. The beaches closest to 15 km are those of San Cataldo, Frigole, Cesine on the Adriatic Sea, while the beaches of Torre Lapillo and Porto Cesareo are the closest on the Ionian Sea.
