BOOKING CONDITIONS:
To confirm the booking we require a deposit of approximately 30%, the balance and extra and optional costs on site upon arrival upon delivery of the keys.
Refundable security deposit €200, to be paid locally upon arrival and refundable at the end of the stay, unless any damage to the apartment is verified.
