Equipped with heating and air conditioning, barbecue, internal parking, washing machine, dishwasher.

Entering the villa through an avenue you can immediately admire a lush garden full of flowers and trees. Here there are various relaxation corners from which to enjoy an enchanting sea view. The shaded patio is equipped with table and chairs for lunches/dinners to spend pleasant moments outdoors, always enjoying the splendid postcard view.

Villa Bianca sul Mare is located on one of the most beautiful stretches of coast in Puglia, on the Lower Salento coast that goes from Castro to Leuca, in the locality of Torre Nasparo, in the Novaglie marina. A few minutes by car from the villa you can reach the marvelous cliff inlets (Scala Masciu, Fummu Voiere, La Guardionala) where it is possible to swim in the crystal clear and clean water.
The villa is located in the heart of the Otranto-Santa Maria di Leuca regional natural park, so it is certainly nature that strikes the most, with the beautiful cliffs, the historic salt roads and the ancient watchtowers, a paradise for trekking lovers. In a few minutes by car you can reach the renowned towns of Santa Maria di Leuca, Castro, Tricase and its marinas Tricase Porto and Marina Serra.
