Villa Marmora is an independent sea view villa with garden that sleeps 20 for holidays in Salento, a stone's throw from the sea. The house is located in an extraordinary and privileged position in front of the suggestive sea cliffs of Santa Maria al Bagno, which is part of the Municipality of Nardò, in the province of Lecce.

Inside
The sea view villa is spread over 2 levels. At the entrance on the ground floor we find a large porch of 60 m2, equipped kitchen, TV, table and chairs, 3 bedrooms with air conditioning, 2 of which are doubles (one double with en-suite bathroom without shower) and 1 quadruple (double and 2 single), complete bathroom.
On the first floor there is a wonderful panoramic living room with sea view equipped with sofas, armchairs and air conditioning, 4 bedrooms (of which 1 quadruple with air conditioning, 1 triple, 2 doubles), a complete bathroom, another air conditioner is present in the corridor. Total 20 beds.

The villa is equipped with all accessories such as air conditioning, washing machine, brick barbecue, oven, hairdryer, TV, iron and ironing board, wi-fi (bar of soap), linen included, courtesy and welcome kit, initial and final cleaning included. Pets allowed with supplement.

Outside
Villa Marmora is immersed and surrounded by a large garden of approximately 2,400 m2. The garden is equipped with a large veranda with table and chairs to enjoy dinners and read a book with a sea view in total relaxation, a brick barbecue, sink, washing machine, uncovered parking space inside the house.

Villa Marmora is a wonderful villa with sea view in Santa Maria al Bagno, a charming seaside town in Salento, located between Gallipoli and Santa Caterina. Just 30 meters on foot you can access the low cliff sea, where there are numerous beaches equipped with comfortable platforms. Agreement with the lido, possibility on request of having an umbrella and sunbeds for a fee. The center of Santa Maria al Bagno is just 800 meters away, with all the main services. The first beach can be reached by car at 5 km. Possibility of agreement with sandy beach with shuttle included.
The sea in Santa Maria al Bagno is characterized by clear, crystalline water, ideal for snorkelling lovers and particularly suitable for families due to its shallow waters and the presence of shallows. The long stretches of very fine white sand alternating with areas with the presence of rocks host numerous free beaches up to Santa Caterina and beyond, and equipped bathing facilities and beaches, which offer all the necessary services to allow anyone to spend the whole day at sea without missing anything. In addition to the beach in the city, many people enjoy sunbathing on the many rocks that also offer access to the water.
