Ventana is an independent villa with garden sleeping 6 for holidays in Salento, a stone's throw from the sea. The house is situated in an extraordinary and privileged position in front of the suggestive sea cliffs of Torre dell'Orso and a short walk from the centre.

Inside 
The house is spread over 2 levels and was designed by a local architect-designer in the early 60s and was completely renovated in 2014. On the ground floor there is a large living room with bay windows which leads out onto the large veranda with a magnificent sea view, furnished with an outdoor sitting area, an equipped kitchen and a bathroom without shower. The sleeping area consists of 3 bedrooms, including 1 double and 2 twin bedrooms with windows overlooking the sea, 1 bathroom with shower.

Outside  
The house is surrounded by a paved garden and flowerbeds with hedges that outline the perimeter and ensure privacy. In the garden there is a large veranda equipped with sofas and a table to enjoy dinners and read a book with a sea view in total relaxation; parking space near the house. The house is equipped with all accessories such as air conditioning, washing machine, barbecue, oven, hairdryer, TV, iron and ironing board, outdoor shower with hot water, dishwasher, wi-fi, mosquito nets in the sleeping area. 

Surroundings  
Villetta Ventana is located on the seafront and near the Torre dell'Orso tower, in a very quiet pedestrian area. 
The center of Torre dell`Orso is less than 50 m away on foot. The locality, marina di Melendugno, is particularly lively in the summer with its historic watchtower, the beach with sand and pine forest and the legendary Two Sisters, as well as all the main services. A few km away are the other marinas of Melendugno, awarded for their clean sea, equipped beaches and tourist services. Among these there is San Foca, just 3 km away. Very close is the Grotta della Poesia, in the archaeological site on the sea of ​​Roca Vecchia.
