The charming villa is on two levels, the living area on the ground floor and the sleeping area on the first floor.

Inside  
The interiors of Villetta Aloe are bright and spacious. On the ground floor you enter a comfortable living/dining room with fireplace, sitting area and TV, kitchen equipped with table and chairs, and a service bathroom (without shower). An internal wooden staircase leads to the first floor where there is a hallway that divides the 3 double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower. Air conditioning in the sleeping area, washing machine, mosquito nets, dishwasher, wi-fi. It can accommodate up to 6 people on holiday in Puglia. 

Outside   
The house is introduced by a large paved courtyard that surrounds the house and flowerbeds of hedges and pine trees. The garden for exclusive use allows you to park more than one car inside. A lovely veranda is equipped with a sofa, ideal for relaxing outdoors. Outdoor 2 showers.

Villetta Aloe is located in Torre Specchia Ruggeri, just 400 meters from the beach, located less than 4 km from the town of San Foca, one of the liveliest marinas of Melendugno awarded several times with the Blue Flag. In the center of San Foca there are all the services and many activities, restaurants, bars, street food, market, and much more. There are several beaches equipped to enjoy the sea pampered by all comforts. About 4 kilometers away is Roca Vecchia with the Grotta della Poesia. The center of Lecce is 24 kilometers away.
