The house consists of a living area with lounge and table, equipped kitchen and large covered veranda characterized by windows that give brightness and a view of the outdoor spaces and where there is also a comfortable lounge with TV and dining area. The sleeping area features 3 double bedrooms, one of which with en-suite bathroom/shower and two double bedrooms which share a bathroom with shower, laundry room. The property extends for about 9,000 meters and the park is totally fenced. The various shades of green act as a frame for the beautiful turquoise swimming pool which represents an irresistible attraction to enjoy a relaxing stay in maximum privacy.

Swimming pool: Dimensions 4.5 x 12 meters with a depth of 1.45 meters and can be accessed via a comfortable Roman staircase in the direction of the patio. Near the pool there is also a service bathroom and two outdoor showers with hot water. Comfortable seats and sun loungers close to the swimming pool. The villa has a large paved outdoor dining area set up with table, chairs, built-in barbecue.

Villa Micasa is located in Collepasso, in the heart of Salento, about 3 km from the town center where all the main services are present. Its position allows you to easily reach Gallipoli and Santa Maria di Leuca and the cities of Maglie, Nardò, Galatina up to the enchanting Lecce.
The closest beaches, for those who also want to swim in the Ionian Sea, are the beaches of Gallipoli and Baia Verde, but there are also the beautiful beaches of Lido Marini, Torre San Giovanni and Torre Vado.
